Ukraine bans Communist Party
As a culmination of a campaign of legal harassment and physical attacks which started with the victory of the Maidan movement in February 2014, on December 16, the District Administrative Court of Kiev banned the Communist Party of Ukraine.

Communist Andrei Sokolov held in captivity by Ukrainian courts
Our comrade, communist Andrei Sokolov, is already in his 8th month as a political prisoner of the Ukrainian junta. His trial continues. He is accused of “forming a terrorist organization” (art. 258-3 of the Ukrainian Criminal Code, 8 to 15).
